Terri Katz had won the “battle of the bulge” once before. After struggling with being overweight for most of her life, Terri lost 70 pounds and maintained that loss for 18 years. Dedicated to health and fitness, she became a personal trainer and opened her own business. But then she slowly started gaining weight again. Also suffering with allergies, asthma, sinus infections, migraines and a chronic cough, Terri was in desperate need of relief. “I was looking and feeling worse than I had in years,” she admits.

Noticing a change in one of her aerobics students, PLC member Julie Mirr, Terri’s curiosity was piqued. “I watched her body change and she was always full of energy,” remembers Terri. “This was at 5:30 a.m.!” Terri asked Julie, now a mother of three young children, what she had been doing, thinking she had some secret workout program. Julie introduced Terri to the WIN product sampler and she immediately felt the difference. “For the first time in eight years I didn’t need my inhalers and decongestants,” Terri says.

When she went for her physical, her doctor was amazed at the results. “I feel better at 50 years of age than I did when I was in my 20s!” exclaims Terri.

Jim Diamond

Boca Raton, Florida

From childhood to the present, athletics have long been a special part of Jim Dimond’s life. Whether it’s football, wrestling, basketball or his current love of tennis, Jim has proven to be an all-around sportsman. However, Jim admits that his stellar athleticism hasn’t always meant perfect health.

“As a teenager and young adult, I could get away with the ‘just do it’ and ‘just eat it’ approach, but as I grew older I was getting injured frequently,” Jim explains. “I was confronted with the obvious choice—either take better care of my body or do something less stressful.”

Unwilling to quit his beloved hobbies, Jim instead educated himself about sports injuries, and created several popular websites that deal with injuries and proper training, including www.TopCondition.com and www.Fit4Tennis.com. He was preparing to launch those sites when he was introduced to WIN by PLC member Dr. Richard Auclair, which turned out to be perfect timing on Dr. Auclair’s part. Jim was already looking for a nutritional complement to his total fitness sites, but it was his success with the products that showed Jim that WIN was exactly what he had been looking for.

Wayne Butz

As the dawn of the New Year approached, Wayne Butz made a resolution that millions make every year—to lose weight. But he was serious … and put his money where his mouth is.
